As part of his residency at Mcarthur’s Store on Cromwell Harbour Dunbar’s oldest harbour, Alastair has been welcoming many visitors throughout the season and has also been demonstrating the collodion technique.
This week four people spent some time with Alastair tempted by this elemental and mercurial process dating from 
1851. These were the first plates they’d ever poured.
